John Daniell, who is to take over as chairman of the Oconee County Board of Commissioners, sat for an hour-long interview on the afternoon of July 13, 2016, at his home on Elder Road in the western part of the county. He answered questions on the role of the chairman, his plans for the future, the county's history with sewer problems, the proposed Calls Creek sewer line, and other topics. Sarah Bell shot the video. We used two cameras, and this video melds the output of the two. Nothing was cut in the editing, so this is the entire interview. Because of limitations of the setting, of the technology, and of my editing program, the audio is uneven.
