Brookfield Property Partners approached Engage to create a sophisticated, digitally enabled marketing suite for 100 Bishopsgate, the 37 storey, 181-metre-tall building set to redefine the London skyline.
Their objective was to produce an environment that inspired prospective customers, accelerated sales processes, and ensured that their offer was demonstrated in the most impactful way possible in order to ensure sales success. We started by upgrading their existing hardware and integrating it with a stunning 98” touchscreen.
We then worked alongside their sales team to design and build a custom software application that adhered to key points within their presentation process. Featuring an interactive 3D model of the building with incorporated floorplan finder, and day and night modes, as well as the ability to annotate directly across all collateral and save and share, the software enhances and enables more fluid conversations between the marketer and client. Other key features include control of the lighting in the room and instant activation of blackout window blinds, timed animations and specific ‘touch-tap’ actions, and 4k video playback with ‘swipe-to-next’ gesture control.
