2nd prototype that completely encases the whole ZoomH1. Got some decent winds to test in, predicted 10-25MPH but out in the countryside over open terrain feels like it got up around 30 MPH.
Both with and without the foam windscreen over the mics I think performance is about as good as you're going to get. What I hear is normal wind noise and some "buffeting" similar to what we hear as the wind gusts "beat" past the ears.
Production model will have a clear vinyl "window" so the LCD can be seen.
