Hard to imagine this actually being a bicyclist at the wheel of this Subaru (note the bike rack on the top). I was riding in the MIDDLE of the travel lane on W. Grand River Ave, west-bound at the Okemos Rd. intersection; thankfully I wasn't hit by this guy's mirror.
