I shot this time lapse of the Lunar Eclipse that occurred on December 20, 2010. This particular eclipse also happens to occur on the same day at the solstice, these two events together, only happen approximately once every 350 years.
I decided to compose some quick music to go with the video for fun. I used Spectrasonics Omnishpere, it is ideal for atmospheric music and FX.
NOTE - I had to adjust the camera due to the fact that the moon and earth are traveling, and the moon kept going out of frame. I was lucky to just barely get the last little sliver of the moon before it finally left the frame. The image is a tiny blurry as I had to zoom all the way, and had a tough time focusing the shot.
