At twenty six, Richard Wilde founded the Advertising And Graphic Design department of the School of Visual Arts. Today, forty years later, he is considered to be one of the grand masters of design education; the students in his Visual Literacy class create an astonishing 2,000 images each week. The film features the annual GDAD Spring Show at the Art Directors Club, and interviews with Richard Wilde; it is loaded with students’ cool graphics and original music created in Wilde’s class.
