YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE IN WASHINGTON EVEN IF YOU’VE BEEN CONVICTED OF A FELONY.
If your felony conviction is from Washington, your right to vote is automatically restored as soon as you’ve completed any required incarceration and/or DOC community custody. If your felony conviction is from another state or a federal court, it’s even easier: your right to vote is automatically restored as soon as you’ve completed any required incarceration.
