1 Red cabbage
Handfull of sprouts
Handfull of Arugula or baby spinach
2 TBSP Misopaste
4 TBSP Peanutbutter
1 Tamari for dipping if you like
Cut your nori sheets in half.
Get your leafy greens ready, set aside.
Cut carrot sticks and slice cabbage into fine strips.
Mix peanut butter and miso paste till smoothe.
Mash up avocado with lemon juice.
Cut mango into small cubes.
Spread out peanut miso paste on your nori roll and just keep adding your fillings as you like.
But don’t over fill, or hand roll just might get out of hand.
