Hemp seep cream cheese:
200g cashews (soaked for at least 3 hours)
50g shelled Hempseeds
juice of a half of a lemon
0,3 Liter water
1/2 tsp yeast flakes (totally optional!)
2 handful of your favorite herbs
Mix cashews, salt, pepper, lemon juice, yeast flakes and water in the blender.
Chop your favorite herbs up.
Add herbs and hempseeds to the cream cheese.
