Purpose: a deep dive into the classical traditional teachings of Dharma Yoga that the practicioner has the chance to practice intensevely and reflect upon the meaning of life and our mission on it.How can we live better and how can our lives affect the the lives of others so that we become useful for human kind and live with a higher purpose.
