Sharon Rowen combines 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer and 20 years of interviewing women lawyers to make a film that gives the audience access to the life stories and opinions of prominent women attorneys across the United States. On topics ranging from discrimination to work life balance, from what it takes for a woman to become a partner in today's law firms to what the future might look like , this documentary is the culmination of Sharon Rowen's lifelong passion for the law and gender equality. Prominent women lawyers and judges, including civil rights advocate Gloria Allred and Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, answer tough questions about the challenges and hurdles facing women lawyers in the workplace, both historically and today. Young women weigh in about not being able to "do it all" and explain why many women are stepping back from their careers. Scheduled for release in December, 2016.
