Maestra Ashley Lopez-Gonzalez began dancing at the age of 3 in San José under various instructors from the Bay Area and Mexico. At the age of 17, Ashley studied under Ramon Morones as an apprentice learning state repetoire, choreographic elements, and outfit reproduction. As Los Laureles' Artistic Director, Ashley conceives, develops, and implements the artistic vision and focus of the organization, as well as the ongoing development of the aesthetic values and activities of the group. Ashley has produced large scale theatre productions for the Los Laureles Company since 2008, selling out theatres and presenting work annually with major Bay Area institutions such as the San Francisco Giants, San Jose Earthquakes, and more.

Maestra Ashley López - González comenzó a bailar a la edad de 3 en San José en virtud de diversos instructores del área de la bahía y México.
