THE VELVET ABSTRACT features a narrated poem over a plethora of visual effects and animations with a dark purple color palette to represent the cataclysmic stain of mankind on the planet. The first half of the film deals with our vices, apathy, and reflections. The second half reveals what is happening to the planet while we wallow in these self interests, and the sadness of this demise.
Narrator: TOBIAS MENZIES.
