Forgiveness is confusing for some. If there is someone in your life where you hold an emotional charge, pain, resentment or struggle know that it's an aspect of yourself that is up for healing. Forgive one another, love one another, most importantly, love yourself enough to set them and yourself free.
We consciously and mostly unconsciously hold onto pain and trauma within our cells and soul/psyche that affect our life, relationships, work, health and the world we live in. It is our responsibility to be the steadfast tree and consciously let go with love and welcome that holy place of peace within.
“There is no coming to consciousness without pain. People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own Soul. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” ~Carl Jung
