What Really Matters? A New Vision for Nursing in Older People’s Services

This video has been produced in partnership with AgeNI, service users, carers and Health and Social Care (HSC) staff. It showcases the personal and public involvement ethos of the ‘What Really Matters? A New Vision for Nursing in Older People’s Services’ project and provided an opportunity for the voice of service recipients to be heard in relation to themes identified for improving nursing in older people’s services. This initiative also promoted a call to action from the HSC, encouraging nurses to actively consider a career in the area of older people’s services.
