Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche
as he offers free public teachings of his signature “Lu Jong – Tibetan Healing Yoga” practice to the Tibetan community throughout India. Upon invitation from the Central Tibetan Administration's Department of Health, in September 2014, Rinpoche gave these historic teachings, which reintroduced Tibetan people to a precious treasure from their history and culture.
Based upon traditional Tibetan Buddhist exercises, Tulku Lobsang developed his Lu Jong practice to be accessible for everyone in order to improve their physical and emotional health. Nearly 10,000 people of all ages attended one of the free teachings held at 23 different locations, including TCV schools, monasteries, nunneries, and at His Holiness' Temple Tsuglagkhang. Through his non-profit organization, Nangten Menlang International, Rinpoche also distributed free training videos and posters to all participants.
