Here's the first of our mixed Reality video updates.
This has been done rather crudely with a sceptre to trick the PC into thinking we have 3 tracked controllers and one is the camera. We've then aligned that point with that of our real world live action camera (no easy task I can tell you, even with some useful apps). Then record 4 different views of the VR feed (including what the user sees). We're then composition it together in our in house software.
Next week we'll have a 3rd tracked controller so we'll be able to move the camera around in the space, recording the 3D VR image as well as the user/artist.
