Gazelli Art House, London
Film by Sophie le Roux
Artist Mark Farid will broadcast his live digital footprint in realtime: all his emails, text messages, phone calls, Facebook Messenger, web browsing, locations and any photographs or videos he takes, along with (some) adverts advertised to Mark over the month.
In parallel with the his online residency, the artist, working with designer Vicente Gasco will take over the ground floor of Gazelli Art House. Poisonous Antidote will showcase a physical manifestation of this expanding digital landscape: an abstract sculpture formed of 28 unique parts, each one portraying a day within Farid’s life, 3D printed in the ground floor of the Dover Street gallery.
