Natural history collections hold the key to solving many of the complex and fundamental questions asked my humanity. Digitization of these collections is fundamental in making the data accessible to those who need it to address these questions. iDigBio is the National Science Foundation's coordinating resource for the digitization of all non federal collections in the United States. Through the hard work of iDigBio, collections are becoming more accessible than ever.
