Mindful Emotion Coaching is about building emotional resilience by identifying emotional and mental health difficulties early, talking about emotions behind behaviours and understanding the neuroscience of brain development and mindful awareness. Our cascading training programme is most effective when at least two people from an organisation join us, with support from their senior leadership team and safeguarding lead. On line parenting groups are under development.
