This episode evolves around one very popular theme: baking. I'm making two super traditional Luxembourgish bakes in my kitchen: Rieslingspaschtéit and Bamkuch. I never thought I could make either of them at home, but it is possible indeed!
In between the recipes, I visit the Parc Merveilleux in Bettembourg - my favourite theme park as a child, and I go help out at a special needs' bakery in Mondorf.
