This video shows how a Facility Use Request is made with ML Schedules software.
The software features four different request types: By Date and Time, By a Specific Space, As a Recurring Event and Multiple Spaces at the same time.
After selecting a request type, the user enters a Start and End Date, a desired time, a school district (a Site) and/or the type of space required such as a Soccer Field or Cafeteria.
The user can easily make a request from a listing of all available spaces.
Details such as the Group, the Event Name, Additional Notes, Equipment needs and other data are entered.
Any related costs are displayed and the Terms must be agreed to before the request can be submitted.
Pre-Assigned District Staff are notified of the request via email.
The designated official can quickly and easily review and approve the request from any web-connected device.
An email is automatically sent to the user upon approval with an invoice if applicable.
A copy of the email is sent to the business office for reporting.
