Based on cultural heritage plays about throwing action, we made a prototype of public interactive artwork “deBallution” in using disruptive aesthetics. First of all, this research extracted audience’s basic activities from cultural archetypes in “War of throwing stones” from Korean traditional play, “Battle of the Oranges” from Ivrea in Italy. Then, we applied audience activities to basic prototype model of public interactive artwork for playing on a media façade to participating in collective performance for disruptive social structures. In a screen filled with kaleidoscope images, distorted video played automatically and audience members watched this distorted scene. After the distorted scene ended, a new world video about futuristic landscape images played. Audience members made a new world by their own actions in the prototype.
