The Montgomery County Historical Commission shows step-by-step how to clean and restore historic headstones in the Old Methodist Churchyard in historic downtown Montgomery, Texas. The headstones cleaned in this video are that of Rev. Thomas Chilton (friend and biographer of Davy Crockett) who died in 1854 and the other is of Carrie Lipscomb who died in 1857.
