Daniel Lapin, who is known as America's Rabbi was born January 1, 1947 and is a political commentator and American Orthodox rabbi living on Mercer Island, Washington. He is the founder of Toward Tradition, a politically conservative Jewish-Christian organization. He once headed the Pacific Jewish Center in Venice, California. He is also the former head of the Commonwealth Loan Company and the Cascadia Business Institute.
