Welcome The Qualifier. Week 1 Qualifier 2 will be 2 different tests combined into 1 total score. Each athlete will need a rower set to countdown 250 meters and a pair a rings set at the height determined by the athlete. Qualifier 2 consists of a 250m row for time followed by a 2 minute rest and directly into 21 Muscle Ups for time with a 4 minute time cap. Visit our website for all details.
