Theme: Leadership Through the Lens of Mary: Forming Catholic Leaders in the Modern Times
Speaker: JuanCarlos (JC) Gama
Following last month's topic of relationship and building community through human encounters (click this link to see part 1 - vimeo.com/183772243), our speaker for part 2 of the series, JC Gama, will take us through his experience of being a leader in every circumstance he is given - at work, at church, and at home. We need to form more leaders in the Church that can transform our culture and society - leaders that have their "ear to the heart of God and hand on the pulse of the time." (quote from Fr. Joseph Kentenich)
JC Gama has been in marketing for over 20 years with extensive experience in managing global teams and brands with Kellogg’s, Capital One, and Dell. He is currently Marketing Director at Dell, where he has led multiple global brands and marketing campaigns, particularly in the US and Latin America. JC is a dynamic and natural leader within his home, work, and the church. JC and his beautiful wife, Matte, have been married for 23 years and have 3 children—Laura, a senior at Rice University; Mariana, a sophomore at Texas A&M; and Andres who has just started middle school.
