Sonia Pressman Fuentes escaped from Nazi Germany as a child with her immediate family and went on to become the first woman attorney in the Office of the General Counsel at the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) and then a co-founder of NOW (the National Organization for Women). She's become a significant feminist activist of our day, a public speaker, and the author of a book that will intrigue many of you, "Eat First--You Don't Know What They'll Give You, The Adventures of an Immigrant Family and Their Feminist Daughter."
The interview was conducted on January 2nd, 2011, in Sonia's condo in Sarasota, Fl. Helping in the recording were friends: Deborah Perkola, videographer, and Joan Froede, interviewer.
