I'll be honest, the premise for this short came together at the editor. I was really just getting familiar with the video capture of the Nikon D300s.
I wanted to shoot my daughter playing with her Barbie's. But she quickly tired of my camera, leaving me with only a few shots. So I aimed the camera outside, and eventually headed out for a scenic drive. I took two lenses, the Nikon 70-200 f/2.8, and the Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 ATX PRO. Both with a 4 stop ND filter to get some shallow DOP outside.
My vehicle acted as my "Indy Slider" for the dolly moves.
