The ISAAC Foundation provides families with a smart phone app that allows them to provide voluntary information about their loved one with special needs. This information includes: wandering risk factors, whether individual will respond to verbal instructions, combative concerns, physical limitations preventing them from exiting a structure, and the potential that internal doors/windows will be locked in the event of a fire. Our organization then provides this information to 911 dispatch agencies so that first responders can receive this information electronically while enroute to the 911 emergency.
