We have a Mulberry Tree in our garden so my partner Luke thought he would make good use of it and breed some silk worms (Silk worms eat Mulberry Tree leaves). So he jumped on the internet and purchased some silk worm eggs. The eggs arrived in the post. The eggs started off the size of poppy seeds. Once they hatched the worms chowed down on Mulberry leaves day and night. I sped up this footage so that you can see the worms eating. They are noisy eaters too. The worm on the right is spinning a silk cocoon. We are yet to have enough silk to make a shirt.
This is my cheat 'One Small Window' because I sped 5 mins of footage down to 30 secs. Even though its very effective, I haven't stuck to the rules. Rules are meant to be broken, yes?
