Niskala Paputan (14 mins) is a high definition short film composed entirely from stills. It was photographed with Mamiya RZ II 6x7 camera for over a period of two months in Bali, Java and Lombok, Indonesia. It opens with a picture of the mighty fort Dubrovnik in Croatia, indicating the starting point of the march towards the "other". I produced it as a termly exercise in the second year of my studies in 2007. Full resolution is at 1280x720px.

I wish to thank to David Evans who provided for the project camera system, lenses and films. In many ways this short is a homage to Godfrey Reggio, Ron Fricke, Michael Stearns and Lisa Gerrard. For the past several years these remarkable artists have shaped my artistic voice, knowingly or unknowingly.
