Steve Williams is well known throughout Jacksonville as the president of Harbinger Sign, the owner of Florida Mining Gallery, and a hard-core advocate of the arts and development in the urban core. He recently purchased the old Peterson's Five & Dime building in Five Points and renovated it to house a new location for Hoptinger Bier Garden & Sausage House.
