Density Training Squats and Burpees
Set the timer for 5 minutes and perform the following:
1 squat, 1 burpee
2 squats, 2 burpees,
Continue as high as you can go for 2.5 minutes
Repeat your last set and race down to 1 rep of each
You are finished when you make it back to 1 or when the timer chimes 5 minutes
The goal is to perform the same amount of work in less time
