Songs Of Seville is a three minute film addressing Solomon’s outreaching conflict with self identity against a changing demographic, completed in 2016. The title references a melancholic clash of glistening tradition and gored injury during The Running Of The Bulls ceremony in Spain. The title also serves as motif for the actions the artist conducts throughout the performance. By placing his diaristic, personal poetry through computer speech systems, Solomon introduces the technologic presence. This newfound and inanimate rivaling force plays daily war on our human-dominated Earth. The video and audio wordplay hints at humans' tendencies to endanger members of our own species and the greenery surrounding.
