A short film I made initially for a Scottish Charity working in Disability Employment. This Ohio section, from the original film of 2001, allowed me to highlight the advances made in the United States, with regard to the placement of people with Developmental Disabilities into regular employment, (compared to Scotland).

It demonstrates the inspirational work of Nick Haverkos and Dave Farmer and the achievements of some of the program participants.

I have since updated it for the South West Ohio "Posipalooza' event, a gathering of disability care and service providers, in April 2011. It now also marks 50 years since John F. Kennedy instigated his mental health and disability reforms.

The original project won a 'State of Ohio Public Images Award' in 2001.
