A series of street intervention exchanging goods for actions.
One of the bags of artists’ breath was sold to Keith Hennessy, a choreographer from San Francisco who came across my street vendor. He danced to earn a bag of artistsʼ breath that was `Free for a good danceʼ.
That very night, he performed by telling the story to an audience at the Starr Street Space in Brooklyn about how he bought an artistsʼ breath and re-enacted the very same movements he used to pay for it.
One of the artists who donated his breath happened to see Hennessyʼs performance that very night and told me the story the next day.
