Innovation Bootcamp is a six-month professional development program for small arts organizations to increase their capacity for creative problem-solving. In 2016, a cohort of five organizations tackled operational challenges such as fundraising, membership, board engagement, communications and audience diversification.
Innovation Bootcamp is presented by a funder collaborative called “AD3.” The funders include:
