Luthiers proposes a journey through the lives of seven instruments manufacturers around the globe, immersing ourselves in the passions, musical roots, cultures and particular vision of creation of these characters that keep alive this ancient tradition. For seven episodes we will live a wide range of life experiences ranging from artisans repairing popular instruments in the suburbs of a big city to a true star manufacturer and repairer of old instruments. Luthiers is, in short, a journey through that which distinguishes us as Humans, synthesized in the ability to create with our hands and with our mind, combining art and manual labor.
