An interactive installation during a three day event "Tallinn Bus Station in Sounds" (30 August - 1 September 2010) where various Estonian artists performed. The event was part of project "52 Weeks of Surprises and Ideas - A Year Before Tallinn 2011, The Culture Capital of Europe".
The installation consisted of seven old kinescope monitors connected to seven interactive balls. The monitors displayed graphics and animations about bus station themes, blue balls with tilt and photosensors controlled different parameters of the animations, so the visitors were able to act as Vj-s inside an old Ikarus bus.
In addition, there were two TV-s playing a dvd loop generated with Arduino TV-out library displaying random travel destinations, overwriting the previous ones and, therefore, creating nonexistent locations.
The installation was run by Max/MSP/Jitter and Arduino I/O board.
Programming, building, animations and graphics by Vj Lowbite.
