A very rushed Special Meeting (24-hour notice) occurred on Friday, Jan. 14, 2011 of the largest Redevelopment Agency in California, the CRA/LA.
In response to Gov. Brown's comprehensive budget proposal which included abolishing Redevelopment Agencies Statewide, the Executive Staff of the CRA/LA met just two days earlier to formulate the original plan which was a moving target during the meeting.
