FAV Bags (or Fruit and Vegetable Bags) is a venture that Redman began with partner Erin Fisk, a Ph.D. student in the School of Sustainability. The organization provides women in rural El Salvador with economic opportunity and eliminates the waste created by the use of plastic fruit and vegetable bags.
Redman won $2,000 in ASU Innovation Challenge funds to enhance his venture’s efforts.
