Announced at the SIHH 2011, the new world time wristwatch from Vacheron is the most complicated in the world. It is the only watch capable of tracking all 37 timezones (including those on the half and quarter hour) while being operated fully by the winding crown.
It is sized at 42.5mm and has retail prices of $39,900.
