This video has been produced in support of Urban Eden, a group whose members are campaigning for a more sustainable and publically-accountable urban development process in the new city of Milton Keynes (UK).
Of course, being a new city you'd think that Milton Keynes was perfect in every way but - alas - not so. The original and brilliant local plan for the city (much admired and emulated by urban planners the world over) is now being undermined by unelected officials who are determined to reverse the process and overturn some of the basic principles upon which the city has been built.
Urban Eden will not tolerate this arrogance and incompetence by those who are determined to destroy everything that's unique about the city - without even consulting those who live and work here.
