Another assignment from last year (2009-2010), this one was for the "Spring Short Film" animation. Basically the same as the "Winter Short Film," we just had to come up with a story and animate it.
This one was my first animation with, da, da-da-DA, MUSIC.
This took me about two months to do. That including coming afterschool to work on it until 5:00 pm. My God.
Anyway, basically, again we have my characters Kurokage ("Koo-roh-kah-geh") and Whispers, who are going out on a little date at the park.
But lo, what's this? We have a little red-haired/furred tag-a-long/unwelcomed guest/whatever else you wanna call him, who, as the Cheshire cat grin on his face implies, is up to mischief and plans to ruin their date.
This red-haired fellow, my friends, is a chibi-version of a character that belongs to my friend, Saia. His name is "Hiro Chichester."
He's supposed to be a red cat in this, but people have speculated that he is a fox. Either way works, I guess.
As you can tell, Kurokage and Hiro don't get along very well, as Hiro is very fond of annoying Kurokage, and Kurokage...isn't fond of annoying people who won't go away.
Firing a rock at the back of Kuro's head and causing him to fall into a pond is /not/ a good idea, mmkay? 'Cause you /will/ provoke him and you /will/ find yourself getting into a dustball fight with him.
Whispers isn't pleased with Hiro's mischief, but she doesn't like the fighting, either. Lecture time...
...And Hiro doesn't learn...
