One of my fears was that one day I might be found dead (by my own hand) with a plastic bag over my head. I conquered this fear with the help of my friend Brad Ward. After making this video I no longer have obsessive thoughts concerning this. By taking control and putting the bag over my head myself and keeping it there for as long as I could (allowing the air to replenish slightly once), I found that I was able to control my circumstances surrounding this fear and that there was really nothing to be afraid of.
