The film's themes explore the fear of personal/cultural change, emasculation, and rootedness from a contemporary perspective. The award-winning film has played at film festivals around the world. 'Songbird' is the second film in the trilogy and is completed. The third film of the trilogy entitled 'Oldman' is in preproduction.
