In this session, Matt Boulton deconstructs the process by which our anger escalates to breaking point. He explores the idea that our anger is not just expressed in our feelings, but in our thoughts, words, visualisations and our physical behaviours.
Most crucially, this session provides participants with clear and recognisable indicators as to exactly when and how they can intervene in their anger build-up to break free from a life controlled by anger.
This video is the companion to session 2 of the Circuit Breaker Participants Manual, which is required for this session's exercises and homework tasks. Because Circuit Breaker is designed for groups facilitated by a trained and licensed facilitator, the remaining ten sessions are password-protected.
If you are not part of a group, we very much hope you have enjoyed this taster, and have begun to make positive changes in your life. To make change last, it is strongly recommended that you look for a group in your area where you can complete the ten sessions of this program. Information on upcoming groups is available at circuitbreakercourse.net.
