Audioglimt is a series of concerts produced by Wrap arts centre, where various pioneering bands / artists are invited to perform their own unique soundtracks to a film which they choose themselves.
The first ever Audioglimt of 2016 was done by Crab is Crap feat. Ole Andre Farstad. They performed their own soundtrack to a film collage they had made which they called Alternativ Gullrekke (Alternative Gold Series).
Crab is Crap is Øyvind Hegg-Lunde and Øyvind Skarbø, and was originally based on the idea that it might be possible to make nice music with only two drum kits. The results where varied; ugly, catchy, drone like, experimental, danceable... Basically most of what the musical palette has to offer.
To join them Crab is Crap invited Ole Andre Farstad, a multi-artist and world-musician, who amongst others works with BIT 20 and Bergen Impro Storband.
