Mark Cabaj has an extensive background in community engagement. His current focus is supporting communities to confront and overcome complex local issues, particularly in the areas of planning and evaluating ‘change’ initiatives. He is currently the Executive Director of Vibrant Communities, and a Founding Principal of the Tamarack Institute. Mark has worked in leadership roles in the United Nations Development Program, Waterloo Region's Opportunities 2000 Project, and the Canadian Community Economic Development Network.
